3 months ago, Air Canada screwed EVERY SINGLE PERSON who booked a flight with them when they forced the flight attendants to strike by refusing to simply pay them for all of the hours they work.

Both NYT and WaPo took the same dishonest approach: skip how it was done without Congress or public feedback, skip how it's funded illegally with private money, then also dodge the merits of the Epstein ballroom itself by framing the issue around the strawman 'can the White House ever be renovated?'
I can’t believe there are not one but two articles, in major papers, with this dumb framing. It is not NIMBY to express dismay when a big part of the White House is suddenly rubbled

Sore and achey from my vaccine boosters, but think I have to venture out to the last farmer's market of the year. I don't even need anything but it seems sad to just not go to the last one.
Also, everyone should get vaccinated because vaccines, like farmer's markets, are good and wonderful things.
