How long has Sam Beckett been pretending to be Marjorie Taylor Greene and what does he have to do to leap?
Greene: "I will praise Nancy Pelosi. She had an incredible career for her party. I served under her speakership in my first term in Congress and I'm very impressed at her ability to get things done. I wish we could get things done for our party like Nancy Pelosi was able to deliver for her party."

Self-promotion seems a bit offputting today, but THE LONG WALK opens tonight and it’s one of the best films of the year. Here’s my review from @vitalthrills.com: www.vitalthrills.com/the-long-wal...
The Long Walk Review
Francis Lawrence's The Long Walk is one of the most devastating, beautiful, and heartbreaking movies of the year.

Just finished The End of the World As We Know It and loved it. There were some great stories from old favorites like @crobertcargill.bsky.social and @chuckwendig.bsky.social. And from new favorites like @timlebbon.bsky.social and @ronaldmalfi.bsky.social. A must read for fans of The Stand!

I think the Bama fans will help DeBoer pack and move.
Forde-Yard Dash, First Quarter: the 2015-20 era of Alabama-Clemson dominance continues to recede. The Tide keeps getting housed by mediocre teams, and the Tigers don’t win the big ones anymore. bit.ly/45WDu1Z
Forde-Yard Dash: Can It Get Much Worse for Kalen DeBoer’s Alabama?
The Tide’s shocking loss at unranked Florida State fits the team’s downward trend since Nick Saban’s departure. Meanwhile, things aren’t much better at Clemson.

Here for the Regal Mystery Movie, hoping it’s Life of Chuck!

Tonight’s Regal Mystery Movie was Dangerous Animals. It was the serial killer/Jaws mashup I didn’t know I needed! I’m glad we got to see it early.

Finally got around to reading James by Percival Everett and it definitely lived up to the hype. I may go back and re-read Huckleberry Finn for the full experience, since it has been a while. Two thumbs up!!

As much as I love college football, today and tomorrow are the best two days for sports all year.

Apple is doing a free weekend of TV+ January 3-5. There are a lot of good shows besides Ted Lasso.

I’d recommend trying For All Mankind, an alt-history show about, “what if the Soviets got to the moon first and the Space Race never ended?” Each season advances a decade
