Ok so, update: There’s going to be ANOTHER public meeting about this development next Thursday (1/29), at 2247 W Chicago Ave at 6pm.
The options are now:
1) 47 units with 23 🚗 spots
2) 40 units with 23 🚗 spots
3) 15 condos with 15 🚗 spots
