That this thread was posted by a sitting U.S. Senator is... notable. This isn't speculation. Miller is being clear about his (and the Trump regime's) intention to use the tragedy in Utah to delegitimize, demoralize, and further disempower the opposition party. The hypocrisy re: free speech is acute.
Pay attention. Something dark might be coming.

The murder of Charlie Kirk could have united Americans to confront political violence. Instead, Trump and his anti-democratic radicals look to be readying a campaign to destroy dissent.

1/ Here's what's happening.
Stephen Miller: "The last message that Charlie Kirk gave to me before he joined his creator in heaven was he said that we have to dismantle and take on the radical left organizations in this country that are fomenting violence. That was the last message that he sent me ... we are gonna do that."

Since April 4, #SCOTUS has issued 15 rulings on 17 emergency applications filed by Trump (three birthright citizenship apps were consolidated).

It has granted relief to Trump ... in all 15 rulings.

It has written majority opinions in only 3.

Today's order is the 7th with no explanation *at all.*
Here we go again: Over an acerbic dissenting opinion by Justice Sotomayor (joined in full by Justices Kagan and Jackson), #SCOTUS, with no explanation, grants a stay in the Department of Education RIFs case—effectively clearing the way for the Trump administration to dismantle much of the agency:

A city agency, Denver Arts and Venues, is advocating for the complete removal of the 14th St. bike lane. #BikeDEN
Denver Arts & Venues has completed a concept design doc that includes an idea for the DCPA entrance on 14th STREET, the idea?

Completely remove the protected bike lane & add parking for the block. This is an entirely thoughtless idea

The 14th PBL has been in place since 2019. Dangerous stuff here

It makes me sad that Denver is valuing aesthetics over safety.

Blaming people not coming to downtown Denver on flex posts in bike lanes is so far out of touch with reality. Studies show that protected bike lanes are a net positive for businesses.

Trump cannot ignore constitutional limits on his power — or any court order enforcing those limits. We must keep saying so.
