Made an elevated version of Cincinnati's chili over spaghetti because it's my friend's comfort food. Bison and wagyu, Irish whiskey, peaches, San Marzano tomatoes, espresso, and mint are the hallmarks of my chili.

Yesterday, I suddenly lost my son, Cabbage. Not fully sure yet what caused it, but will get results back Friday. He was in perfect health down to his pearly whites.
He was the best cat according to everyone who ever met him. Friendly, patient, sweet. He'd sit in his chair for hours while I cooked
