I am sure that everyone who has been attacked by Trump, all the academics targeted by Republicans in congress or Turning Points USA, and every person of color being attacked by the Trump administration.

I am completely sure everyone is feeling for MTG at this moment.

(Not saying what feelings.)
MTG: “.. “I am now being contacted by private security firms with warnings for my safety as a hot bed of threats against me are being fueled and egged on by the most powerful man in the world. .. The man I supported and helped get elected.”

Good read on how the Epstein files is leading to losses of Trump support within his base. This may be the clear start of his lame duck status.
Donald Trump’s presidency hinges on loyalty, which depends on the perception of power. As a lame duck, that perception is already eroding — and the Epstein scandal is now accelerating it.
Opinion | The Epstein divisions among Republicans are hastening Trump's lame-duck status
These polls suggest the issue is a bigger problem than the president wants to admit.

Former UVA president Jim Ryan, who resigned over the summer due to pressure from the Trump Administration, just shared this 12-page letter with the Faculty Senate, detailing his experience with the Board of Visitors and DOJ.

It's a surreal--and troubling--read.

The Heritage Foundation has never been an honest think tank but instead pushed the elite economic agenda. @pkrugman.bsky.social has noted the lying about economic data for a while.

He highlights how it has gone down the antisemitic conspiracy rabbit hole too.

The conspiracy theorists in charge of the J6 and Epstein investigations can’t seem to come through with the goods they promised.

Instead people are seeing them as part of the deep state cover up. Couldn’t happen to more rotten people.

The anti-corruption tour with clear legislative goals for democrats.

Add some stuff on making life more affordable (which is easier with less corruption), and that’s a winner.

Of course, democrats would have to get on board with anti-corruption.
If the Democrats had a hair on their ass they would start a nationwide campaign where they had commercials showing all the Republicans convicted of sex scandals plus the emails with they’re not like us playing in the background.

Trump and others named in Epstein emails. Actually lots of emails from some pretty obviously slimy men.

Yes, there is a conspiracy to traffic girls for sex. It’s hiding in broad daylight. Will more info be released?

Consequences?

Seems to me that the @nytimes.com may have some questions they should answer?
To recap: Jeffrey Epstein offered a NY Times reporter photos taken in Epstein's kitchen of Donald Trump and girls in bikinis *and* implored the NYT reporter to put this information in the public discourse in 2015

What did the NY Times editors know about this offer?

Blessed are the habitually online, for they will be the first to post rumors that turn out to be false.

Pretty sure that was in the sermon on the mount. (Matthew 5: 3-12)
A new digital awakening is unfolding in churches, where pastors and prayer apps are turning to artificial intelligence to reach worshippers, personalize sermons, and power chatbots that resemble God.

I also would like people to repeat my insights, as long as they cite me.

Hey cognitive psychologists. When does this mean we will no longer be able to ask people to draw a US penny? Always great to recreate the classic study by Nickerson & Adams (1979) showing that people can't recall an object they've looked at hundreds or thousands of times.
