It’s wild to suggest this is a circular firing squad or something when it’s millions of citizen Democrats who hate it versus 47 elected Democrats who conspired to surrender for nothing.
We’re not fighting “each other,” we’re fighting you. There’s only a few dozen of you, but you hold all the power.
We’re not fighting “each other,” we’re fighting you. There’s only a few dozen of you, but you hold all the power.
But there are real dangers out there that must be fought; and energy spent fighting each other is energy lost to that bigger fight.

Absolutely absurd to see a sitting US Senator posting through it like this
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

In light of Chuck Schumer sucking at his job and selling us all out AGAIN, I am announcing I will be running for Senate Minority Leader in order to replace him

cool that obama could call up the entire democratic party to organize a resistance movement to stop sanders but couldn't call up the senate to tell them not to windmill slamdunk one of his few legacies of improving anything into the trash.

It’s not about “purity politics” or whatever the current buzzword is, it’s about making sure that, at critical moments, you didn’t put up a popular coward who’ll fail every trolley problem they’re handed

Sending love to everyone whose health care has been jeopardized by the Democratic cave-in. These Democratic elites will not be part of the solution. We must proceed with that understanding.

SNAP benefits are currently being held hostage by the Trump administration and their fate now lies with the Supreme Court.
Beneath the legal arguments are real people who simply need food—a former federal worker, a single mother of 4, a disabled man. I spoke to them. Here are their stories:

after trump won last year, there was this idea that now we needed to listen to conservative voices. with zohran’s win (and dem/progressive wins across the country) it seems time to demand that same deference to lefty media.

insert that old comic strip with the energy CEO pushing how great other forms of power generation are, and concludes with "solar? solar power cannot be done"
Australia has so much electricity from solar power that it is going to start offering free electricity to everyone for at least three hours during the day as the wholesale price of power goes negative

But that doesn't mean that the win doesn't matter. It's okay to believe that better things are possible. It's not a surrender to the current system to celebrate wins that happen in spite of it. It doesn't legitimize the worst abuses of this world to show that despite them, people persevere.

Agent Lairmore is done with his testimony. Prosecution asked further about the condiments and he said there was mustard on his uniform and an onion hanging on his radio antenna. Don’t think defense was going for a pun when she called him a “seasoned officer,” but you never know…

If you're going to rely on "strong assurances" from Republicans then you're stupid and weak and you should resign.
There is only one path to getting Democratic assistance with anything: the House reopens, swears in Adelita Grijalva, then passes an acceptable budget.
