“Content” is a corpo-brain term, makes me cringe when I hear it in the wild.

You don’t make “content”, you make ART! You write STORIES. Its your WORK (and often play too)!

“Content” is the noise you flick through when trying to find a SHOW you like, don’t cheapen your work comparing it to SLOP. 😤
"Content" is a blatantly misleading term to use for fanworks. Fanworks are the antithesis of content; content is produced for individual gain and consuming, whereas fanworks are created out of inspiration and the communal experience.
start using "fanworks" again instead of "content" let's go people

This is a cry from Gaza
My daughter Alma is hungry, weak, and in pain.
Every night, she asks for food I cannot give
I am terrified that hunger will take her before anything else does
Please, if your heart still feels, help us survive
Your compassion can save her life

Test print of a 3d printed, table-top, A-frame, NOAI sign. Folds mostly flat, stable when standing.

Thoughts on size? Too big? Too small? (~4.74x7 inches, 12x17cm)

Do the colors on the hinge bother you? (It's simpler to print with the weird colors there, and I'm trying to keep it simple.)

When people say "There weren't many women in palaeontology/palaeoart in the 19 & 20th century" they pretend that women in the Central & East Europe did not exist, despite ladies ruling the show in that corner of the world for a century.

For those unfamiliar: David Peters is an infamous phylogenetics crank, who uses pseudoscience to "find" anatomical features only he can see, declare everyone else as wrong, and pollute the internet with his ideas. Do not trust a word he says. More about Peters here: tetzoo.com/blog/2020/7/...

And so it is that I must once more write about the great eternal menace of our age: David Peters.

Good thread here and wanting to build on it:

There's a kind of parent who does not see their child as a person, but as an investment they have made for their future; as property.

And our society currently enables these parents in all sorts of ways, because family is a useful tool to the state.
There's a tendency in trans people's parents, when they are accepting, to still want an exaggerate amount of control on their kid's life. I'm not talking about the regular amount of oversight any young person requires, in fact most of the cases I am thinking about right now concern people over 20.

It's been taken down, but this sort of thing boils my blood.

My family wonders why I'm so loud about genAI, because they find it cute. GenAI feeds on the IP of real, hardworking artists in order to produce mass amounts of crap.

Glad the thing was suspended at least. Keep being loud, folks.
The freaking nerve. I don’t want to advertise them but they have other projects that they probably stole too

Idk if you can report it too or find them but god knows I really crave violence rn
