I absolutely believe this given that the last time I bought a new car, the financing guy started with the 7 year payment plan. He didn't even have the muscle memory to quickly jump to 3yrs.
Having spent my entire career in housing, a wide majority of people are absolutely stupid enough to sign a 50-year mortgage.
Lender underwriters are the only ones stopping the WHAT’S MY MONTHLY PAYMENT crowd, which can be a real fox/henhouse situation.
Financial literacy is not our strong suit.

LMAO, I called Avatar "Pandora." That's how useless those movies are.
We should make James Cameron president b/c 1) it seems like he might be kind of awesome at it and 2) It would take up all his time and then maybe he'd stop making Pandora movies.
