I'm not smart enough to do stuff like make obvious bets against trump in the stock market to get rich, and that's not fair. they should invent a stock market for stupid people. perhaps with some sort of "digital currency"

Caves of Qud is out. A landmark work of complexity and craft. I can’t easily convey the love I have for it and its dev team, all I can say is that you owe it to yourself to buy it and spend time in its world. It is a completely unique videogame.

This is the only game I've ever played where I have hunted for every scrap of prose I could find in its folds just for the pleasure of reading them. It's a machine that turns dungeon crawling roguelike optimizers into dazed Borgesian monks.

We should view this as a symptom of an underlying problem -- the de-tethering of economic and political attitudes from economic and political realities -- rather than a cause for Trump's win
At least not in modern history. This is the thing every “inflation” and “the economy” explanation needs to be able to explain.
