It's brilliant and exciting to see Zohran Mamdani elected.
More leaders like him please, and fewer like Cuomo, Schumer and the rest of the oligarch-pleasing, hope-destroying, election-losing, right-centrist political class.

Exactly this:
Want to be clear that the predictable violence against the police wasn't the only problem with yesterday's march

It's that 100,000 angry racists gathered in London for the biggest racist march in 50 years, and anyone not white had to steer clear

The govt can't see that because they are inadequate.

🚨 Nigel Farage is in Birmingham today, where he'll be talking about Reform's plans to try to send torture survivors into the arms of their torturers.

So here's a new billboard to show who has come out to back his new plan.

It's a remarkable coincidence how many people on the same road seem to have had overnight access to box fresh flags, 10 foot ladders and the necessary equipment to attach them to lamp posts all at the same time, isn't it?

The Government's welfare bill concessions will create a two-tiered system.

In real terms:
Two Disabled young people could be born just one month apart - and one would be assessed under the new 4-point rule, which makes it much harder to qualify for PIP daily living component.

#ArtAdventCalendar Day— I started art lessons to improve my digital art, never expecting to fall in love with the brush. My first #oilpainting, March 2017, when I was almost 50. By Nov I was up to the "napkin drill." Then a year of still lifes, learning different materials/tools like palette knife.

Please, if you are able, support Independent bookshops.

They are the literary & social hubs of our high streets and communities.

Without their continued support, we simply wouldn't be around to publish .

Thank you.
