She's 65 years old, notable career. She asked the men to call the tribal office, and they refused. So she called, and they tried to take her phone.

Two of her family members were also accused of having "fake ID," had been detained and let go.

Shame on ICE, shame on Noem, shame on Trump. #shame

What needs to be emphasized here is that THESE PEOPLE WERE FOLLOWING THE LEGAL PROCESS.
"Half of each pair was American. Stephen Paul came w his British wife & 4-month-old baby. Audrey Hestmark arrived w her German husband, days before their first wedding anniversary. Jason Cordero accompanied his Mexican wife."

My fave game at No Quarter: Ride a Citibike thru 3D low-poly NYC to a destination while audience checks Google map to tell you which way to go. The ride is more parkour than Tour de France, climbing walls and obstacles, and defying physics.

Once again, there is NO GREATER GOOD or any purpose, whatsoever served here, except to inflict pain, strife, obstacles, and challenges upon hard-working, growing families.

INNOCENT people. Can you see it now?

Being among the first interrogated and ultimately fired by DOGE, I certainly felt we were facing the business end of a right-wing conspiracy theory 🧵
DOGE was not a money-saving effort. It was an effort to chase down and prove right-wing conspiracy theories. They went after USAID to prove conspiracy theories about foreign aid. Then they went after SSA to, again, pursue conspiracy theories about Dems paying "illegals" to vote. 1/2
All DOGE accomplished was purging critical government staff, handing private data to outsiders, and sentencing thousands in developing countries to death by gutting USAID.

I don’t say this lightly: if there were any justice in this world, the people responsible for this devastation would be in jail

2000 Meters to Andriivka

Watch, please, for free. On-the-ground, in-the-moment combat.

Fighting for every inch of your homeland. And for so much more.

Reminds me of being a kid, watching news reports from Vietnam.

I have not seen this game, but permanent ban from Steam seems drastic. Even at the nadir of film/TV censorship, creators were permitted to adjust and resubmit their material. Music, too, got itself out there, with warning labels for parents of minors.
Santa Ragione co-founder Pietro Righi Riva addresses the studio's potential closure in an exclusive interview with GamesIndustry.biz. "There will likely be no money left to make a new [game]... Unless a miracle happens and Horses does very well."

This is who she was.
Passionate in her beliefs. Fiercely loyal to her friends. Never afraid to let you know exactly where she stood. The best.

Fun Fact: I remember arguing with her over which of us hated Piggy the most. I was sure I did. She disagreed. It remains unresolved...
Carrie Fisher was the blueprint.

Following Epstein? Wondering about other serial predators?

Sgt. Kleffman: “How many female victims do you think have come forward?”

Bruckelmyer: “One, two, three.”

He insisted they made no attempt to hide Massie and encouraged victims to go to law enforcement....“We don’t protect either one.”

It's an enticing cattle call for space nuts (like me).

The hitch: you must be a multimedia social media maven with a "unique audience" and travel at your own expense to Florida. Launch date isn't 100% guaranteed. (I had a chance to do this as a journalist in the shuttle years and regret not going.)
Here's an opportunity to visit NASA and attend the launch of the Artemis II mission to the Moon. Non-US citizens can apply. 🔭 🧪 www.nasa.gov/general/expe...

Providence, R.I.

ICE tries to seize high school kid intern. He's shaken up. Superior Court Judge Joseph McBurney offers to take the lad home.

ICE agents surround judge’s car, threaten to smash the windows. They cuff the kid.

Coincidentally protest unfolds.

Much arguing. Outcome? Oops, wrong guy.
