Just for everyone who grew up with Trump, I promise you that back in the day, everyone hated Congress but they actually did pass real laws.

When the general public sees these reports, their gut reaction will be “wow, less crime. It worked.” We really need the message pushed that was a drop in *reports* and overall public activity (fewer people out). Domestic disputes didn’t drop 16% bc the feds were in town.
During the first two weeks of ICE operations in LA, LAPD calls for service saw a 28% decrease, roughly 1,200 fewer calls a day. They also saw a decrease in 911 calls for domestic violence and family disputes by 16% (3/4)
