Reminded me of Brach's Thanksgiving Dinner Candy Corn from 2021. That was also an abomination. We couldn't get through the bag and used sampling it as a party game until we through the leftovers away.

Evolution Music Festival #STL: Day 1 was a blast with the typical mix of hits and misses. Weather was great, venue operated smoothly, attendance seemed comparable to previous years, and people were having a great time. Overall, #EvolutionFestival is delivering on expectations and serving memories.

Feeling exhausted by the world. Been retreating into foraging and playing Hollow Knight: Silksong for the last week. Really enjoying both. Made wild plum preserves, pawpaw pulp, and elderberry syrup. Also beat The Widow last night.

He didn't just disable replies, he disabled quote posts... I have never seen that before from a reporter or public figure. I generally give reporters leeway to get things wrong and recover but this one article and response should disqualify this guy from any future reading or consideration.

I looked for spooky decor at the hardware stores this week. Disappointingly little out on display. And what was out, I wish was not.

This is a clear enough reason to block these losers. They are kneecapping a progressive candidate in the NYC mayoral election in order to put a disgraced and incompetent sexual harasser back in place. Why? Fundraising and a need to prop up conservative ideology under the D label. Corporate capture.

some billionaire complained we only do politics here. I love MO wild foods. This spring I made MO sauerkraut with violet leaves, henbit, ramps, spicebush and juniper berries. Delicious. Just started a batch of elderflower champagne.🥂
