The lawyers who work FOR THE US DOJ are trying to get as many people out of jail as they can because they know it is all wrong. It’s amazing to see a “behind the scenes” look at a judge and lawyer just trying to figure out how to do a little bit of good in this fucked situation.
I don't know when I last read something like the transcript out of Minnesota, so I spent the evening putting this together.
