Oliver Properties to convert 2nd/3rd floors of Rudman Bldg on Wash Ave from office to 26 new apartments. Redeveloped by the McGowans, they apparently let the bank foreclose on it in 2021 (likely due to office vacancy). Oliver bought it for $4.8M in July 2025. City approved variances today

Great experience btw. ML + bus service were the most reliable I saw yesterday out of any other way to get around — perhaps we should invest more in public transpo since it seems to be one of the few services to actually benefit the community at large
