Do you guys have specific food memories you think about often?

Rack of lamb at Pago Pago in Aruba. The freshest strawberries I’ve ever eaten from this market in Italy. Huevos Rancheros at Bayou Kitchen in Maine. These seafood crepes at some restaurant I cannot recall in NOLA.

What it's like to pivot on the spot to support a brand-new student who walks into class with about a 5-minute heads up? And navigate the mental gymnastics of balancing a welcoming experience for them with keeping momentum with the rest?

That is the kind of stuff folks not in the classroom forget.
