My Grandmother’s Latke Recipe No Grating! Use blender! Grandma said you must put all ingredients in the blender in order:
1/4 c milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp diced onion
1/2 -3/4 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 cups cubed raw potato
1/4 c flour
1/4 tsp baking pwdr
pulse 5 secs Batter is uneven & liquidy
