idk maybe the lesson from yesterday is that candidates need to actually be out with the voters talking about what they want to do to for them instead of just yelling about why their opponent is bad. That when you're authentic & want to make life easier & more affordable for everyone you can win.

If I'm the pitchers I'm so mad about pausing the game for a Jonas Brother's song. Having to stay warm and in the zone between innings is hard enough. This was so fucking stupid.

Key words being "for the price they want". Properties shouldn't sit empty in the middle of a housing crisis because landlords and flippers and corporations bought them expecting to make a certain profit and now that the market has shifted they can't.
Of note: many of the delegates against the Vacant Unit Tax are citing the current housing market - they cannot sell the properties they own for the price they want.
