finally got around to watching the new superman movie! i was a big fan of the overall tone of the film and how superman and lex luthor were characterized. i think they really nailed their dichotomy. some of the cg especially at the end was a little goofy but overall passable. i give it a strong 8/10

when joyce manor’s cody came out when i was in high school, my friends and i weren’t its biggest fans. we liked a couple songs, but we felt it was a letdown compared to their previous records and demos. lately, i’ve found myself putting on cody more and more, and honestly this record rocks
