I used to worry so much about how I was perceived - whether I was cute or hwp or funny or rich enough etc. - now, I feel sorry for people who are still hung up on these things. (note: def not rich, just don’t care about these statuses anymore)

As both a journalist and a professor it’s super cool that one of America’s two political parties is constantly telling its members that I am the enemy.
Do faculty have to remain neutral in the classroom if one of the parties is attacking them in a way that directly invokes fascism? Asking for me.
