Farage is winning because politics has been reduced to clickbait.
It’s a shallow spectacle that favours clowns and con-artists.
As @jemmaforte.bsky.social says here - politics has been “repackaged into junk food.”

It's fascinating how language shapes behavior. In Switzerland, all-you-can-eat restaurants are called "à discretion" - literally meaning "at your discretion."
"All you can eat" frames it as a challenge: how much CAN you eat? It's almost inviting you to maximize consumption.

The question isn’t "why does Signal use AWS?" It’s to look at the infrastructural requirements of any global, real-time, mass comms platform and ask how it is that we got to a place where there’s no realistic alternative to AWS and the other hyperscalers. 3/

The state of LLMs is messy: Some AI features (like vision) lag others (like tool use) while others have blind spots (imagegen and clocks). And the expensive "heavy thinking" models are now very far ahead of all the other AIs that most people use, capable of real work
None of this is well-documented

Denmark has chosen the Franco-Italian SAMP/T long-range air defense system over the US Patriot, signing a $9.1B deal for 8 units - the country’s largest single defense investment, FT reports. The first system is expected to be operational already in 2025.
