The remains of North Elmham Chapel in Norfolk - a small Norman chapel which was eventually turned into a fortified house during the 14th century. The chapel was probably the site of an earlier Anglo-Saxon cathedral used by the Bishops of East Anglia. 📸 My own #MedievalMonday

African buffalo are one of the most dangerous animals in Africa. They can way 900 kg and are apparently considered grumpy.
I’d be grumpy too if I had to carry a bunch of yelling red-billed oxpeckers around all the time!
