Don’t send me an unsolicited picture of your peewee cocktapus unless you want me to…
A: find your mom’s Facebook
B: find a picture she uploaded of you reminiscing about what a nice young man you were
C: badly photoshop that into a locket
D: convince you I’m your daughter.

Happy Father’s Day Daddy.

I still dont quite understand the math of a company that posted $25.8B in last quarter's profit then cuts 3% of their workforce

maybe thats why I was never cut out for management

NEWS: Law firms that made deals w/Trump worried abt losing clients if they didn't. But it looks like there is risk in the opposite direction: A major client, Microsoft, has pulled business from a firm that made a deal and gave it to a firm fighting Trump's exec order www.nytimes.com/2025/05/01/b...
Microsoft Drops Simpson Thacher & Bartlett Law Firm
The tech giant instead engaged a firm that is fighting the president’s executive orders, Jenner & Block, in a sign that those firms can still attract clients.

Public service announcement. They are not Dire Wolves. They have 20 single letter changes in their entire genomes. I’ve done shits with more mutations.

Every time journalists write up a Colossus press release, They are making people stupider. Client journalism by a ridiculous company.

I explained it to several young teens today: imagine we wanted you to become more self-sufficient in the kitchen, so we decided to charge you $20 every time you got takeout. But also we have no food in the house, we won't let you go to the store, and also you don't know how to cook.
you have to be genuinely stupid as fuck to think american companies are going to respond to tariffs by building factories and moving manufacturing to the US. i don't know how else to say it. you have to be genuinely braindead

Haven't signed into here for a while, but need to make more of an effort, is there's a "look at my Tw*tter follows and find them on bsky" tool that actually works these days? Last one I tried found hardly anyone.

Oh nice trick. Using the bsky.app link doesn't lead to the actual person's profile but using the staging link does. Not sure if that will work much longer but it's convenient right now for people to find you.
