Question: if this were a kidnapping or abduction, how would it look different?
I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

I hesitate to say this given ICE's true thuggishness, but the post below does not even come close to accurately quoting the video. The full quote mentions physical appearance as part of a totality of the circumstances inquiry and Homan lists many other things. The ellipses is doing a LOT of work.
Homan: "People need to understand ICE officers and Border Patrol don't need probable cause to walk up to somebody, briefly detain them, and question them ... based on their physical appearance."
