Seeing this stuff has made me very thankful for my job’s CEO who communicates well, I have a saved email from when he thought I was smoking weed at work (wasnt) and when finding out he was wrong I got an email with the subject “An Apology Owed” eloquently telling me how much he appreciates me lol

the gen alpha coworker I have literally can’t retain anything and constantly just says the wrong word to customers on the phone due to many terms being compound and based off the same few words (keying/keyway being different, pin tumbler/disc tumbler, etc) and it’s infuriating to deal with
