Justice Sonia Sotomayor appeared to rebuke calls to target “hate speech” in an apparent swipe at Attorney General Pam Bondi.

“Every time I listen to a lawyer-trained representative saying we should criminalize free speech in some way, I think to myself, that law school failed,” said Sotomayor.

Another Jeanine Pirro felony case just crumbled.

Prosecutors claimed DC resident Scott Pichon assaulted guardsmen by spitting at them, but moved to withdraw the charge “after reviewing the evidence.”

SCOOP: The State Department's new reorganization plan includes the opening of an "Office for Remigration," a term popularized by far right extremists and neo-Nazis in Europe. The office will coordinate directly with DHS "to advance the President’s immigration agenda."

My report:
State Department set to launch ‘Office of Remigration’
The concept of remigration has explicitly neo-Nazi roots and has been popularized in Europe.

Trump's illegal use of “emergency” tariff authority is now extending to individual companies, which violates the Constitution’s prohibition on “bills of attainder.”

This illustrates more clearly than ever why only Congress, and not Trump, should be allowed to levy tariffs and other taxes.
