MAGA Republicans have escalated to carpet bombing by making federal budget a permanent wealth fund for 400 multibillionaires.
A 95% tax rate for profits or incomes over $400K might help. Also eliminate all tax exemptions.
Force reinvestment in colleges & corp R&D in USA.
That should do it.
