Pretty amazing, Casssidy apparently doesn't know people buy their own insurance under Obamacare.
Cassidy: "The president is proposing that we take the $26b that would be going to insurance companies if we just do an extension and give it directly to the American people in which 100% of the money is used for them to purchase healthcare on their own terms. That makes them an informed consumer."

My hot take: With the BLS saying it will release the Nov jobs report on dec 16, to include Oct payroll data, the fed should either postpone the Dec 9/10 meeting or the bls should figure out a way to get it done earlier. The rate decision hinges critically on the jobs outlook and it’s 2mos of data

For folks catching up, the reason the second indictment weirdly wasn't in the grand jury transcript, which confused the magistrate judge, is THEY NEVER PRESENTED IT TO THE GRAND JURY.
NEWS: During a hearing in federal court in VA, prosecutors confirmed that the operative indictment in the case against James Comey was never shown to or voted on by the entire grand jury before it was presented in open court.
Defense counsel argued that’s a complete bar to further prosecution
