i have started to notice how often someone makes a totally circular statement like "when you feel stressed its because the hormone cortisol is being released, which is the hormone that is released when you're stressed 😌"

been on hold a lot, thinking about the music. the songs themselves are a little boring but honestly fine. whats really crazy is the instruments they pick out. the melody is frequently a flute or an oboe or even a violin, and it's really the worst possible sound to come out of a phone speaker.
