But 2024 data confirm different story: programmatically, the overlaps are strikingly close.
The real difference is govt participation, not ideology.

2. Argument überzeugt mich nicht. Weder ist eine Entscheidung all dieser Fragen durch das Gericht (gegen Mehrheiten) generell demokratisch wünschenswert noch ist die Berücksichtigung der moralischen Anliegen von allen immer möglich. Und wenn, hätten Rechte nicht durchaus Grund sich zu beklagen?

"Die Mehrheit in diesem Land ist rechts, aber bekommt trotzdem eine linke Politik" – dieser Satz ist also nicht analytisch gemeint, sondern strategisch. Er ist nicht da, um etwas zu beschreiben, sondern um etwas zu planen.
