I have ADHD and am a powerlifter. Exercise = dopamine and dopamine helps ADHD. Pretty simple.
Well that’s a really weird thing to say to someone, but if you must know, I have a therapist and I also have ADHD, and my therapist - who has a PhD in ADHD research - strongly agrees that working out a lot is EXTREMELY good for my mental health.
