In Iceland, on Christmas Eve, people give each other books so they can spend the evening drinking cocoa & reading. It’s called, Jolabokaflod, the Christmas book flood. I’ve never been more in love with Iceland than I am right now ♥️♥️

The Heineken Cup was one of rugby’s success stories… the Champions Cup represents its sad decline
We got to Ashton Gate with plenty of time to spare, reckoning there’d be scope to take a look at Ulster’s game in Toulouse at the stadium. We were wrong.

Excellent from Dyer. Always seems to up his game at this level. Lake, Morgan & Botham resilient and very good, but it’s rare to see such a power & athleticism mismatch. Don’t know where we begin to close that gap.

Disappointing Fiji game think they weren’t interested in this fixture, sloppy and full of errors . Training game for Ireland. Think they only targeted the Wales game. Raffling and commentary not great either. Why reset scrums all afternoon?#rugby

If that Wales team beat South Africa today it will go down as one of the greatest upsets in rugby history. It won’t happen but if it did….wowsers!

Introduce yourself with your worst feedback from school:

“Lazy, disinterested and content to do only the minimum”

From my PE teacher. I think she meant “uninterested” but other than that it’s all still true.

Gatland has delivered grand slams and World Cup finals.
Everyone knows the fault doesn’t lie with him or the players. The #WRU need to sack themselves if you ask me. Welsh rugby is a disaster.

Think under the circumstances WH is the only one who is capable of pulling together teams and making them perform at their best. People forget he’s had to start from scratch. At least he understands the politics of Welsh rugby even if he cannot influence all factions.
Don't feel sorry for Gatland. He's not working at the post-office, he's on an executive salary and is of retirement age. Furthermore, he's got several lucrative side hustles and he is publicly taking the piss out of Welsh rugby.

GERRIM WALKIN!
If he leaves it'll cost a few quid. If he doesn't it'll cost a few years.

I hate anyone losing their job and don't like calling for it but it's a profession and delivery beats sentiment. Sorry that's obvious.

WRU don't have any backbone so expect another WG World Cup.
