Fairweather fans scrambling for the lifeboats.🇨🇮📉
its honestly so bad i dont think im gonna have a single Irishman in my fantasy rugby team.

How the fuck did we get that bad compared to that French team.

I am currently going through the process of acquiring French citizenship and, once I have done so, the first thing I'm going to do is jump on social media and join in with all the 'the Brits' chat.
We were lucky we go the Brits out when we did. Imagine queueing for a pint.
A lot of people (men) across my social media feeds (even LinkedIn) are disproportionately annoyed about that article in the Guardian about people standing in single-file queues at bars saying THIS WILL NOT STAND, but um.... it seems quite good?

There are 2 key areas where 🇫🇷 v 🇨🇮 will be won & lost.

🇫🇷 need to contain Loughman in order to gain a foothold. If they do that, they have a shot

🇨🇮 meanwhile need to disrupt Moefana. He is the glue player of that backline & S Pendergast will be looking to nail him early with a trademark big hit.

I know what Jeff means and it is a difficult phenomenon to pin down. It is as if the outcome of the match is destined to be at the fluctuating whim of the French team that presents itself on the day.

It is just surprising that no cliché has ever been coined to define this phenomenon.
The quality of France's play is so variable it could almost be they're two distinct teams. I wish there was a simple phrase to emphasise that.

I like Tandy, but he doesn't half overdo it a bit on the old management speak. You can tell that he has done lots of conferences on leadership and such.
Is this Tandy’s much vaunted “game model”??

A phrase I can now only say in a Bridgend accent alongside Zammo and Franny after recent interviews

I suppose now is as good a time as any to announce that I will be in attendance for #IrelandWeek 2026 in Dublin.

So for those of you bottle-job IRT loudmouths jibbing the Thursday night kick off in Paris, good luck trying to duck me in Dublin on the weekend of March 6th. 🇨🇮🔥🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #TickTock
Any of my Irish enemies going to 🇫🇷v🇨🇮 on Thursday night?

I just realised that I will be in Paris for work,so if anyone fancies meeting up for a long overdue reckoning, let me know.

@mazmcm.bsky.social , par exemple ?

This is proper rugby in Treviso, as god intended.

It is important not to over-hype young players, but I am very excited to see how 18 year old fly half Carwyn Leggatt-Jones goes this evening.

He reminds me of Phil Bennett.

This is something I think that we can all get behind. The survival of theOs, but not without suffering for their fans.
The Ospreys survive for the sake of the wider health of Welsh rugby, but with their awful fanbase having endured the trauma of a mock execution : that would truly be the optimal outcome, in my opinion.

Everyone give this a click. It will free y'all from the tyrannical yoke of US tech imperialism and will help out a really cool, hitherto little-know European tech provider.
There is a great European alternative to Google search, you should check it out : www.badiddilyboingboing.com

If the Ospreys survive this, Rob Stewart should have a statue built outside St Helens

I'm all for this kind of action and whereas it is relatively easy to boycott US products in things like food, fashion, cars etc., they really do have us inescapably snookered, when it comes to tech.

I'm watching Ludogorets Razgrad vs OGC Nice in the UEFA cup. Razgrad have been Bulgarian champions for 14 seasons on the trot but they have fewer fans than even the Ospreys and their pitch is like the Brewery Field too LOL it's pathetic haha!😂

If one man can do it...
Waiting on Michael saving the Ospreys.

I'm not being funny right, but if you present or feature regularly on a podcast - and especially if it is one that seeks to monetise via subs, ads, merch, etc. - then BUY👏🏼A👏🏼 FUCKING 👏🏼 DECENT 👏🏼 MICROPHONE.

You can get something cheap online that will do the job & it makes a world of difference.

This is a perfect demonstration of how our entire economy is being held aloft by nothing.

Tesla doesn't make money. It doesn't matter if it makes cars or robots or "AI" or magic dicksuckers or whatever else falls out of Elon's diseased brain.

Tesla doesn't make money.

But the stock never falls.

I am one of the most knowledgeable rugby pundits on here and even I have never heard of 'Loughman'. Ireland could be in trouble.
My team for the France match if I was picking (and assuming all these are fit)

Loughman
Sheehan
Furlong
McCarthy
Ryan
Beirne
JVDF
Doris
JGP
S. Prendergast
Stockdale
McCloskey
Ringrose
T. O'Brien
Frawley

Kelleher
Milne
Clarkson
Edogbo
C. Prendergast
Conan
Casey
Crowley
Just in case there was any hope Keenan might make the opener, apparently his thumb is injured and he's almost certainly out now

Biggest test of our depth in a long long time. Not a bad thing. I'd written off this year. Id rather lose while testing the depth than with the same 23

Five million pounds of new investment into Welsh rugby up in smoke because the WRU want to control all aspects of the game.

All the best in his retirement to Liam Williams.

A late bloomer who didn't come through an academy system, he went from working as a scaffolder in his early 20s, to winning grand slams and lighting up Lions tours.

At his peak, probably the best fullback on the planet.

Have a good orange, Sanjay.
