When I made ramen yesterday, I made the optional chashu, or braised, marinated, rolled pork belly. It sits overnight in the braising liquid for maximum flavor.
It was worth the wait and elevated these leftovers.

I got freezing rain/ snow and a repeat of that. Luckily no power outages and I don't have to go anywhere.
Temps above freezing but no sun today. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow.
