i think non-kirby fans need a more in-depth comment. imagine a tumblr sexyman that ppl liked for being sly and had lots of abusive shippy art drawn of. imagine his slyness getting retconned in a remake 10 yrs later
loool found out lit now that they gave him a whole ass epilogue in the switch remake of his game... tbh they did need to explain the gap of what happened between his villain to friend development but back then ppl just laughed it off as he being two-faced but now he's retconned to being a tragic boy

the very specific thing about my experience w p1 is that it's the one time i couldn't beat a game to its end bc of a glitch that always froze the game whenever i made contact w certain enemies which to this day i'm unsure on whether this was a common occurrence so i just guessed i got a faulty rom
