#MeetTheWebcomic I'm currently working on FATAL: The Dark Society, an action/fantasy comic about Luna, a spirited, blind lizard-woman seer trying to survive the last of the witch hunts and maybe find a place to belong.

There's a prologue and first chapter, with more to come early next year!

My comic is Mage x Witch! A short-form gag strip comic about the unlikely magical couple of Galem the Mage and Vivian the Witch. Lots of jokes about Potions & Spells with some touches of romance!

Mage x Witch - Cat Cleanup: A 4 Panel Comic Panel 1: Vivian is holding some tufts of black hair. She has a tired/whining expression: "Ugh, I keep finding Gloop's hair all over, I don't wanna clean it all up!" Galem looks excited: "I've been working on a spell for this!" Galem has his staff outstretched towards the viewer, the tip of the staff breaks through the panel. His eyes glow pink as pink energy coalesces towards his staff. He speaks an incantation: "Kai-Toh Toh-Ar Kai-Ko Toh-Ohn Kai-See Ar!" Glowing strands of cat air are suspended in the air, floating towards Galem's staff. Both Galem and Vivian look happy and excited. Galem: "It's working! All the cat hair in the house is being pulled to my staff!" Vivian: "My Hero!" Mage x Witch - Heartfelt Gift ; A 4 Panel Comic Panel 1: Galem has his hands behind his back and is blushing. He says "Hey Vivian, I've got something for you!" Panel 2: Galem pulls out a bouquet of flowers, and Vivian gasps excitedly and blushes in response Panel 3: Vivian is admiring the bouquet, and blushing slightly. She says "Oh Galem! Thank you so much! They're Beautiful!" Panel 4: Vivian immediately turns around and dunks the the bouquet into her bubbling cauldron with a sploosh! She says "They're also the last reagent I needed for a potion I've been wanting to make! The Recipe calls for a Heartfelt Gift!" Galem has his eyes closed with a smile, in a defeated but not angry look as he thinks "I should have expected this...". (He's not upset as he's also visibly blushing, he thinks it's a bit funny) Mage x Witch - Midnight Flight, a 3 Panel Comic Panel 1: Three Witches are silhouetted against the light of the moon in the night's sky. Panel 2: Two witches, Lilac, and Gwinarra, are looking towards the third, Vivian, who is in the foreground. Lilac says: "Vivian, you know we have no problem with you dating a mage." Gwinarra adds: "Yeah, we like Galem" Panel 3: Lilac says: "But did you have to take him flying with us?" Galem is sitting comfortably with one leg crossed over the other in a magic flying chair. His head is resting on his hand and only the glint of his glasses can be seen, giving him a mysterious appearance, or at least an appearance of trying to look mysterious. It's also heavily inspired by Soviet-era sci-fi and fantasy, with trains, wires and porcelain swords, oh my!

The lead character of Gzhel Guardian, Leo is standing amidst rubble, smoking a cigarette. He's worried and clearly sweating a lot. He says "You OK, Kid" to an off-screen character. In the next panel, we see the kid in question. He says he's alright. There are two pools of oil coming from the rubble behind Leo, all brown and gunky. On this separate page from a separate scene, Leo is on a train. A caption next to him reads "I can't help it. It's in my nature". He's wistfully smiling, surrounded by rows and rows of colourful walls, reds and blues and purples strewn across them. The walls have an almost leaf texture to them, like the cave is a secret forest. On the last panel, the train passes by a Massive giant, chained up against the walls. He has a broken tv for a head. Who he is, and how he got there will never be known. He is just part of their everyday life now. A final sample page of Gzhel Guardian. Leo, standing miniscule in the bottom left corner, is standing next to an avalance of walls lined with wires and TVs. All of them are connected together along a highway taht continues in the top left, suggesting the network is far larger than this page can show. The copper and orange textures dominate, contrasted lightly by the neon green screens with their bits of random, indesipherable information.
