Yeah dude spent hundreds of millions to be in the position he’s in and a ton of people are desperate for you to act as if that’s no longer the case.
NEW in @prospect.org: Much has been made of Elon Musk stepping back from DOGE.

But RDP research finds that at least 46 DOGE staffers have direct financial or professional ties to Musk and his companies—indicating that the billionaire will have lasting power over the group.

Even if you accept the premise and decision, which I absolutely do not, it is the simplest thing to phone the visa holder, tell them their visa is revoked and say they have a month to leave the country. Accosting someone on the street like a kidnapping is just a spectacle of terror.
Marco Rubio on Rumeysa Ozturk: "We revoked her visa ... once you've lost your visa, you're no longer legally in the United States ... if you come into the US as a visitor and create a ruckus for us, we don't want it. We don't want it in our country. Go back and do it in your country."

U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree said the rationale given by Lee Dudek, the acting commissioner of the Social Security Administration, is 'infuriating and absurd.'

ALARM ALARM. 🚨

While the media was busy groveling, Donald Trump quietly signed an executive order “relating to holding former government officials accountable for unlawful disclosure of sensitive information.”

He just silenced anyone he fires.

Not to get all political on you but actually I do think you should be talking to people you know about this
cool how Project 2025 went viral during the election, we were told Trump disavowed it and wouldn't do it, he got elected and started implementing it immediately and now we're being told "well this is what people voted for"

they very explicitly did not
The people now in charge of the Office of Personnel Management apparently don’t know how to scrub PDF metadata, and have exposed the original authors of the guidance they’re publishing. Two, Noah Peters and James Sherk, have links to the Heritage Foundation and Project 2025.
