Here's a photo of my friend and colleague, Jorge Bautista, getting shot in the face with a flashbang grenade. The ICE Agent is so afraid of Jorge (who was posing no threat) that he has wet himself. Please share this photo. Everyone needs to know what cowards ICE agents are.

you can always put your mask back on. just because you stopped doing it all the time doesn’t mean you can’t choose to make a smart choice when the risk is higher.

As the world continues to be a terrible place, I need you all to know that my friend's dinosaur-obsessed one-year-old saw dinosaurs with feathers at the Natural History Museum and now calls them "fluffy rar-rars".

Too many people are talking about how much AI can do and not enough people are talking about how crazy it is how much of our time can be effectively reduced to next token prediction with fancy math. #ai

I asked Claude if it had heard about the "mechahitler" controversy from xAI. It starts by saying it hasn't and then does a web search for information about it. Then follows up with "Well, this is quite a story."

Inspired by a few of @kvlly.com's recent projects I use some AI tooling to solve a problem in a weekend that I otherwise would not have had time to solve: programatic API for pulling images from Metabase visualizations.
