During this period, relevant government bodies documented 875 violations of the agreement, detailed as follows: • 265 incidents of direct gunfire targeting civilians. • 49 incursions by military vehicles into residential areas. • 421 bombardment and targeting attacks against unarmed civilians and their homes. • 150 acts of demolition and destruction of homes, institutions, and civilian buildings. These systematic violations resulted in the killing of 411 civilians, the injury of 1,112 others, and 45 cases of unlawful arrest carried out by Israeli occupation forces. On the humanitarian front, the occupation has continued to evade its obligations under the agreement and the humanitarian protocol, failing to meet the minimum agreed quantities of aid. Only 17,819 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip over 73 days, out of 43,800 trucks that were supposed to enter, with a daily average of 244 trucks instead of the agreed 600 trucks per day, representing a compliance rate of no more than 41%. This has led to continued severe shortages of food, medicine, water, and fuel, further deepening the catastrophic humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Fuel deliveries during the same period amounted to only 394 fuel trucks out of 3,650 trucks that were supposed to enter, with a daily average of 5 trucks instead of 50, reflecting a compliance rate of just 10%. This has left hospitals, bakeries, water and sanitation facilities in a state of near paralysis and has compounded the daily suffering of the civilian population. With regard to the shelter sector, we warn of a deep and unprecedented humanitarian crisis, as the Israeli occupation persists in closing crossings and preventing the entry of tents, mobile homes, caravans, and shelter materials, in flagrant violation of the agreement and international humanitarian law. These arbitrary policies, combined with recent weather depressions, led to the collapse of 46 homes and buildings that had been previously damaged and bombed, resulting in the killing of 15 civilians who were crushed beneath the buildings they had sought refuge in after losing their original homes, in the absence of any safe alternatives. Additionally, two children died from extreme cold inside displacement tents, while more than 125,000 tents have gone out of service and are no longer capable of providing minimum protection for over 1.5 million displaced persons. Note that the sentence is actually “I support PA prisoners.” What’s supposed to be illegal is supporting PA, not supporting individual prisoners. They are arresting anyone who is calling attention to the hunger strikers.
