TIL that whenever the tenants of a building I'm working with hold a meeting in the lobby, or put up organizing posters to try to deal with some of the landlord's nonsense (AGIs, renovictions, removal of amenities, failure to complete repairs), the corporate landlord removes the lobby furniture.
