Grassy ledges were replaced by tightly-packed rows of uncomfortable bleachers. Claimed "head-to-toe" sight lines of an elevated stage? Have crosswalk, Microhub and other improvements required by BPDA in a Parcel P Cooperation Agreement been completed? Not as far as I can tell. Surely there are excuses, but Hasbro and Foundation Medicine employees would also benefit from completion.
