Can someone shed light on what's going on? Is legislation proposed that requires attention from Lieutenant Gov. Driscoll? Something going on in Salem?
These October 2025 contributions seem to be very well-coordinated, and seem to be without precedent dating back in time.

Congrats to our next City Council President @gigi4district1.bsky.social.
As for the Herald's conspiratorial suggestion that there was a cloak of secrecy, excuse me... see below. Reporters have been floating updates and members of public have been weighing in, as I did a month ago.

Very unusual number of contributions from high-level WS officials to Kim Driscoll reported in October 2025. What could this coordination (or coincidence?) mean? Should Salem planners prepare for a multi-acre master plan being filed?

Have crosswalk, Microhub and other improvements required by BPDA in a Parcel P Cooperation Agreement been completed? Not as far as I can tell. Surely there are excuses, but Hasbro and Foundation Medicine employees would also benefit from completion.

BREAKING: Just found the $20m agreement between Amazon and the Commonwealth regarding funding of the @mbta.com headhouse on Seaport Common.
Why hasn't it been completed? And where are required improvements to Summer Street viaduct? www.fortpointer.com/Archive/Comm... @jonchesto (on X)

Mike Kennealy is not only petrified of Boston Common, he’s afraid of wind turbines.
Does anyone think the Governor of Texas routinely sows fear about oil drilling rigs breaking down?

First edition, signed by Woodward, Bernstein and WaPo Executive Editor Ben Bradlee. The Book Fair is a veritable museum, worth a visit.
History repeats itself today with another corrupt rogue in the White House, but WaPo’s editorial team is too busy doing Bezos’ bidding.

Given Trump’s short-sighted actions regarding tariffs on Canadian imports, and indisputably unhinged military threats…

Lots of support for my Globe comment about StubHub today. “Shady” is too kind a word.
There’s no longer any indication anywhere in my account that the ticket StubHub sold for me (and TM transferred) still remains unpaid. Fortunately… I keep hardcopy receipts. www.bostonglobe.com/2025/11/07/b...

George Regan "liked" one of my tweets today, more than likely signaling that he read my tweet earlier this week.
I suggested that Vennochi take her shopworn Old Boston shtick and go work for Regan.
As for calling Regan out, you don't get to organize political movements while hiding in the shadows.

There’s nothing going on at Marty Walsh’s Great Hall tonite. Same as it ever is.
Walsh’s BPDA misled the entire city on this formerly public-owned site.
I don’t think Millennium even bothered to have an annual meeting this year. The board is stacked with toadies, with one exception.

Among the more exotic offerings this year at Haymarket? A wide range of edible flowers, often in excellent condition. These are a healthy and tasty addition to fresh salads. 🌺
Haymarket remains a treasure for residents and visitors alike.

In their race to the bottom, Kennealy and Shortsleeve are pretending that ICE isn’t advancing Trump’s mass deportation agenda and taking innocents. This week, disappearing Allston car wash employees.
Sure Mike and Brian, it’s all about criminals. #bootlickers

Used AI to visualize the Boston Herald dropping off the same repackaged photo and story for weeks on end.
The Herald has moved on from the October 5 photo of a BPD cruiser torched by two teens from Rhode Island. (“Boston in Chaos!”)
A new chew toy is being regurgitated daily as news. (“Cocaine!”)

Joan Vennochi has been milking the divisive "Old Boston" narrative for over 20 years. An example from 2003 is screencapped below.
Today's Globe runs with the familiar "New Boston thinks they're better than us, but we're better than them." Find something profitable and milk it.

It would've taken Joan Vennochi a single phone call to find out why Mayor Wu celebrated at Grace by Nia. Instead, Vennochi suggests Wu's New Boston is all about the glitz, somehow uncomfortable with the grittiness of Florian Hall — or those who were there last night. Take a hike, Ms. Vennochi.

So far, the super PAC run by Marty Walsh’s former Chief of Staff has largely served one purpose: Spend funds (mostly) from billionaire Trump/MAGA sponsor Jim Davis to support Frank Baker and Erin Murphy. The rest remains a mystery.
