CPTSD is a injury-- & we don't heal injuries by judging them for their severity. "That shouldn't have been enough pressure to break that bone" doesn't magically make the bone un-broken-- but it can put us at risk of trying to walk on it & making it worse.

Trauma survivors NEED to take our nervous system's insistence on not feeling trapped seriously.

There is nothing about this man that doesn't infuriate me. Knowing that people are already calling him "President El*n" is enough to make me want to flee this planet.
Musk and Trump both have such bullshitter energy, but while Trump has the cadence of a rambling doofus, a cornered Musk immediately becomes the wannabe hero of a space opera. “We’re under attack. Diverting energy to forward shield,” etc.

Is anyone else just *not interested* in using AI for their writing? All accuracy and morality aside, I just don't want to. I want every last word I put on a page to have flowed out from my own body. Maybe I'm romanticizing it, but I just can't see it any other way.
