Trump wins the appeals court lottery in D.C.

The panel hearing emergency appeals this month appears to be: Rao, Katsas, Walker.

All three are Trump appointees — in fact the only Trump appointees on the DC Circuit.

They are handling one of the key tariff appeals.

It’s a routine act of media cowardice to attribute facts to “critics” or “Democrats” instead of just stating them as true. This Politico story shows how GOP Medicaid cuts go far beyond “waste, fraud and abuse,” yet the sentence starts “Democrats have argued …” www.politico.com/live-updates...

Did you read the book about Joe’s decline?

Big Bill: No because he’s not the president anymore and he did a good job when he was the president.

1. Florida banned cities from lighting up bridges rainbow colors for Pride.

So the people of Jacksonville did it themselves using flashlights and gels.

They opened the drawbridge to block them.

So they marched to a different bridge.

Unironically they should buy up the domains for about 60 defunct local newspapers in swing states. Hire two reporters to write almost exclusively about highschool sports and new restaurants opening with every 10th article about how the local GOP is screwing over people.

It’s after 1 AM in DC. All the Dems on the budget committee are there to vote no.

If you’re screaming for them to do something…what did you want them to do?

They warned you on social media.
They warned you on tv.
They showed up to vote against the bill.

This is called being in the minority.

My dad was an oncologist. His voice became progressively hoarse for years (and he was a talker). They finally found cancer in his larynx. I was mad they didn’t find it earlier. He said, that’s the worst part about cancer. You don’t see it for months or years, and then suddenly, there it is.
