@britishairwayteam.bsky.social hi I am on BA0376 from LHR to TLS. Your over-zealous gate supervisor insisted on taking hand luggage from all ‘group 5’ passengers for checking into the hold. Boarded the aircraft now and many of the overhead bins are EMPTY - even the crew have expressed their surprise

Keir Starmer is calling for Iran to “return to the negotiating table”.

But is he also calling for those Iranian negotiators to be safe from Israeli assassinations?

Because that what happened to the previous Iranian negotiators.

It’s ridiculous.

Five ambulances, a fire truck and a UN vehicle were struck one by one.

The bodies of the first responders were then ditched in a mass grave.

A war crime. Without anything close to the appropriate level of global outrage.

NYU canceled a talk by the former president of Doctors Without Borders because she intended to mention the high number of deaths of aid workers in Gaza, and Trump/Musk’s destruction of USAID. “Antisemitic” and “anti-governmental” to say this ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/215...
Une conférence de la Dre Joanne Liu annulée par NYU
L'université de New York allègue que son contenu peut être perçu comme antisémite, mais Joanne Liu croit que NYU craint en fait de déplaire à Donald Trump.

Enough media talk of Israel “hitting targets”. There’s no precision. The one target is Gaza, indiscriminately. An internationally-recognised genocide.

And no more “fragile ceasefire” talk. It was never a ceasefire if one side refused to cease fire.

Last night’s death toll: 413, many children.

We live in Britain, and there are now profound questions to ask our government. There's no conceivable bridge between Europe & this US administration. Whether we escape tariffs is a laughably parochial question. Yesterday is now an awfully long time ago.

This is thuggery from Trump and Vance, plain and simple.

They are bullying the brave true patriot Zelensky into accepting a deal which effectively hands victory to Russia. Unless the UK and Europe step up, we are facing a betrayal of Ukraine.
