the music IP/copyright debate is a surprisingly complex one. i actually disagree with a number of people i respect on this issue. personally — and this is just my personal opinion, not trying to start an argument — i think that everyone who has ever listened to a song should be thrown in prison

Time to make a public apology, I believe that starting with the first book and reading chronologically is the best way. I know I am the only one that thinks this, however it is how I read them and I will not think differently.

I'd rather kill myself than say the word unalive to replace it. I get an actual visceral reaction from supposed algorithm replacement words, and I still pretty sure its a thing people tricked themselves into thinking it was necessary
