The reason no one should take Trump’s claims about antisemitism remotely serious is that he has countless Nazi sympathizers in his regime.
Trump’s DC attorney nominee Ed Martin is apologizing, saying he didn’t know about the alleged Nazi sympathizer views of a Capitol rioter he repeatedly praised.

But audio saved by CNN shows Martin discussed his views on his podcast — undercutting his claims.

A tricky thing about modern society is that no one has any idea when they don’t die.

Like, the number of lives saved by controlling air pollution in America is probably over 200,000 per year, but the number of people who think their life was saved by controlling air pollution is zero.

On a 2023 earnings call, Elon Musk boasted that Tesla had bagged “over 1 million” Cybertruck reservations and that “demand is off the charts.”

So why has the company still sold less than 50,000 trucks since customer deliveries began 14 months ago?
‘Over 1 Million’ People Wanted a Cybertruck. Where Are They?
“Demand is off the charts!” Elon Musk crowed at the end of 2023, citing more than a million reservations for Tesla's polarizing polygonic pickup—so why has it still sold less than 50,000?

cheating works. stolen state legislature, stolen house majority, stolen country.
The final House results have now landed as 220-215 for the GOP. That means the House majority came down to the 3 NC seats the GOP flipped thanks to its brand new gerrymander.

And that gerrymander hinged on NC's supreme court flipping in 2022.

One depressing lesson from 2024 is that the best strategy for a political party is to break stuff and lie.

Thwart the function of government at every turn. Run ads that say, "Trump let 18 billion convicted murderers cross the border," "inflation is up 6000%," "Trump sold all our cows to China."
Here's the post mortem no one's brave enough to write: We actually have a very clear and recent example of how a party comes back from a clear and convincing electoral defeat, and that's the way the Republicans adapted to their loss in 2020.
