The first time I rented a room in this house was sixteen years ago. I was upstairs, and had a balcony. So, because of course I did, on Christmas Day, when I saw a kid walking by, I shouted down, "You there, boy! WHAT DAAAAYYYY IS THIS?"

The kid did not answer and kept walking.
