One of many things the pro-AI crowd doesn't seem to understand is the very important distinction between academic scholarship and the production of papers. Of course they can be related but they're not necessarily the same thing

If what he's alleging is true (Nuzzi hasn't denied any of the accusations about her ethics as far as I'm aware), he should have come forward with it *sooner.* It's an extremely big deal that a national news reporter was actively aiding the campaign of an anti-vaxxer!

Not gonna QT the post referenced. But like millions of people all around the country came together in an act of solidarity today. The endless crowds were such a cool thing to see from my friends in cities across America. No idea how today of all days would make somebody want to behave like that
